I personally use Fraps and love it, you can try it out for free, but I suggest buying it if you're going to use it for Let's Play. It isn't stupidly expensive.

I use Bandicam full version. Its pretty good.

Fraps is the best for high quality recording, down sides are : It's not free, the higher frames/quality you record the more space the recordings take(Fraps recordings are huge.)

I think that fraps is probably the best one, but there are some other free ones that work too. They're not that good though
