A basic description:
Mondo Agency is an first person action puzzle game that was released on December 23, 2007. It is the official sequel to Mondo Medicals. (Like Mondo Medicals, but with a darker edge to it).
The player plays the role as AGENT-65386. AGENT's superiors believe that someone is plotting to kill the president, but they have no idea who or why. And for some reason, the president seems vital to the world's very existance.

Very similar to Mondo Medicals— similar puzzle gameplay, similar controls, new entities, the same improper, nonsensical speech of Mr. "Shouty Priest Guy" (now with a new TV head!), and you now have evolved the ability to jump!
