Its most likely that you have an YouTube thread regarding your channel already located here. Thats the reason why new submissions will be rejected. I advise you to retrieve your old topic and update it with newer content.

Also , keep in mind that this forum/community shouldn't be used as an advertising medium.

The best advertisement is "Word of Mouth", by far.

Using a website for advertising is off because websites have a pretty finite amount of people, and if you intend to branch out you just need to be good at what you do... people will gather.

Getting views/hits is difficult in the beginning, no joke.
Advice from Google?
Do like PewDie, and place annotations that link to other videos, to spread views that way.

Tips from Freddie Wong?
In the beginning, just keep pumping out content... eventually it WILL work... that's just how it is.
Put yourself out there so much, and people can't help but at least NOTICE you.

Do what you love, and have fun doing it, no matter who is watching.
You don't need a million subs to be awesome, or have fun... sure, it pays a bit, but if that's why you start doing it, you need to find something else to do O_O
