To facecam or not to facecam.

So I've been torn lately about facecamming. I've been using a cam for virtually all of my LP's(except for my RPG Maker ones.) I enjoy having it, but at the same time does it hinder my videos? I feel more comfortable doing commentary when I know I'm not constantly being looked at, but then again maybe you connect more and feel like you're viewing a real person when you see me.

Thoughts/Complaints/Ideas?

Only use Facecam's on Horror or Funny games. Using it on anything else that doesen't give any reaction is just dumb.

And when it comes to games like the Saints Row series which are Action/Funny don't use Facecam for that either.

Hm, I agree with Gonzo, if you're looking for that comedy effect, it's best to use webcam because that way, if you do retarded jump-scare faces, people will laugh. Just don't try to force them. Hope all goes well with your channel!

Yeah, I've noticed I'm pretty expressionless unless I'm really laughing or scared. Thanks for the advice.
