You're still young, you'll eventually grow out of it. For now just chew on gum and avoid salty foods because salts retain water on your body (especially on the face) which can make you look fat. Drinking green tea can also help especially if you're the type of person who likes salty foods.

Most defining features on a man's face are due to body fat %. You can get a more pronounced jawline and cheekbone by working out and running!

Kidding. Honestly, though, I think it just depends on your body weight and the way your face is structured. You are still growing - so give it some time and in the mean time, tone up your body by working out like Marcus said.
