Rules:

1. Each turn add 1 to a country and subtract 1 from a country (show your move)
2. You cannot add to the country with 100
3. If a country reaches 0, remove it from the list and write below your move what happened to it
4. Don't change the point totals
5. Don't counter the move before you
6. Everyone have fun!
