How do i make so when a lever goes down then a lamp will lit, and if i drag the lever up the lamp turns off. How do i do that?

PS: I want it to stay able to use everytime like, when you go in a area then a grunt pops up, and you die it will still do the same thing over and over again. I dont want it to disable itselfs...

Anyone? =/

that will make the level almost impossible to beat.

Please not I have no idea if -1 is up or down. Just trial and error that one.
