Hello!
My name is Powersocke (pronounces "power" (like the english word "power") and "Socke" (a smooth "s" and you also pronounce the "e", it's the german word for "sock", not to be mistaken with "socket")) and I am an 18yr old guy from germany. I am new on the forums but not new to Pewdiepie. I really like his videos (hey Pewds c: ) and thought I'll give it a try registering here.
Most of my time I spend on playing videogames on the computer, listening to music or write in other forums. My daily life also consitst of still going to school and study. When I'm not doing any of these things I am watching videos on YouTube or upload some videos myself. Also I have an interest in Touhou, watching anime (but I don't read manga) and the japanese language in general (which is why I start learning it in this year's november). But to be honest, I'm not too good at Touhou so don't ask for high scores.
I'm mostly interested in the fan stuff around Touhou such as music or artwork but, of course, I play the games as well.
So, what kind of games do you like and play?
There's no specific kind of game I could name right now. I enjoy most well made games (for instance Bully: Scholarship Edition. Thanks Pewds, because of you I gave it a try, was totally worth buying!) as well as some really horrible made games like Revenge Of The Sunfish (this game was just so wrong I actually liked it). But I'm most obsessive with a game called "osu!". This is also the game I upload videos from on YouTube. If you want to take a peek at this diamond of f2p rhythm games you can always visit my channel. Of course these aren't the only games I play. I enjoy ego-shooters, RPGs, adventures, indie games and so on and so forth.
I mostly start my games via Steam (or buy them in the shop). If you want any further information about my gaming behavior: don't hesitate to ask.
What kind of music do you listen to?
This is a really hard question y'know. Since I'm listening to almost everything you can imagine it's really hard to tell what I like most or what I listen to in general. I really enjoy most music such as classical or neo-classical music as well as metal or electronica, dark electro to industrial or even noise. I also like some rock songs, some hiphop tracks or drum'n'bass. I like most -core music (such as hardcore, speedcore, lolicore or breakcore) and so on. But I have to say, I am stuck with electronic music, meaning I listen to electronic music most of the time and rarely listen to rock, metal, classical, folk and whatnot. If there are more specific questions about this (like "do you like band xy?" or "what do you think about [place music style here]?") you may always ask.
What kind of person are you? How do you look like? What do you like to eat, drink and why are you here?
Good question.
Well, what kind of a person am I? I'm not sure. I'd describe myself as really calm, I keep it cool most of the time and it is really hard for me to be upset. That also means it's really hard to make me angry. I'm always polite and nice to others when there's no reason to harass someone or swear at them. And if there is a reason I keep my mouth shut and avoid those people I have stress with. Talking of stress: I try to avoid most confrontations, argues and all that stuff. Like I mentioned before, I'm a really calm person and I don't like to have an argument with somebody. I also can handle most people. It's only a question if people can or want to handle me.
On the other hand I'm definitely not a people person. That sounds odd since I registered in a forum and talking to people. But I'm talking about the real life. When there's a chance to avoid social interactions I alway try to go for it and take this chance. It's not that I'm shy, it's just that I don't enjoy being around people. But, of course I too have friends and can interact with people in real life. I'm especially good with children.
I am always in a good mood (really, always, trust me) and if I'm not (what happens, like, never) I keep my mouth shut to avoid bad conversations. Like I mentioned before, I don't like to be impolite or to fight with people.
How do I look like? Well, I could be described as a tall, not too thin, chin-bearded guy, with long, blonde, fluffy hair (if they're hanging loose half my chest is covered and they keep growing) and wearing black clothes. I have (according to my friends) big, brown and friendly eyes but I always wear sunglasses because too much light hurts my eyes and I feel secure wearing them. c:
What do I like to eat and drink?
Well, since I'm a vegetarian I don't eat any meat products at all. I focus on vegetables, cheese, eggs, milk products, pizza (and other fast food you can make without meat) but most importantly: PASTA BAKE. I love this stuff.
What am I drinking most of the time? Water. Simple, plain water. Alcohol only on occasion.
And the final question: Why am I here in the first place?
Well, why not? I like Pewds and thought I should participate on the forums, read some stuff here or suggest a game or an Amnesia: The Dark Descent custom story when I find a good one.
