Hey Bros,
I bought a "GTX 550 Ti" from nvidia a month ago, it's a good midrange card for about 100€. But it doesn't make much of a difference (I had a GTS 250) when playing games, probably because the GPU is bottlenecked by my shitty old CPU. It's an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 @2.33Ghz. I will buy 1 or 2 components for a new PC every month. So here's my question: Do you think my 550 Ti would work better if I buy the AMD Athlon II X3 455 @3.3Ghz CPU? It's just a triple-core but most of the people say that this CPU is totally enough, even to play games like Battlefield 3.
