    Hey guys,

    I was just chatting with Swingpoynt and as he is from Wisconsin I thought, hm you don't have a clue where that is and what is special about it. So I checked out where it exactly is and then some facts and figures from Wikipedia.

    What you think wouldn't it be great fun to do a board thing out of it?

    I'll start and then the next person has to look up my city and write something about it and then so on :) Some of you only wrote down the state you are living in, maybe you should post state and city.

    So I'm from Essen in Germany

    I checked out Swingpoynt, so I now know where Wisconsin is. Key facts that I liked best:

    It's close to Minnesota, as I know a lot about it.
    They have German beers and a Germanfest which I found hilarious

  • Haha Essen...yes I heard the name before but I wasn't sure what it is.
    I thought it was some brand but never mind it's in Germany :)

    Checked it out on Wiki, read a bit of World war, sites and its origin.

    If i ever go there, I think I will go to the botanical garden because I like nature :P
    And maybe some popular places :D

    I know a friend who is from Germany, I can't remember which part but yeah German people seems cool with their accents :D

    Her mother was my art/german teacher at my old school(she has that rich german accent xD)
