This is an indie game that, combined with the art-style and theme, could be border-line horror. The gameplay is simple (point and click) but the environment and story are very unique and one of the most beautiful that I have ever seen. You play as a man who had just moved into an apartment building with his pregnant wife. Strangely, you begin having very deep, vivid dreams but there is more that ties the subconcious of every individual in the apartment building together. It's your job to find out what it is and stop it.
It is developed by two Swedish guys named Erik Zaring and Anders Gustafsson who make up Cockroach Inc. The game is available for purchase via Steam but also on the website and is released in episodes (5 in total). Unfortunately, 3/5 are currently released as it takes a lot of time to design the game. The Steam release is recent and the developers have implemented a number of recent updates. The first chapter of the game is available to play for FREE right on the website if you click "Play" but the same demo can also be downloaded on Steam.

The above link is a trailer that shows some of the gameplay. It is simple to grasp but, unfortunately, it can be a bit heavy on the text especially in the beginning when the story is being set and does not include audio dialogue. I still think it is a fantastic game and would highly recommend it.
