Before I start, this is not a game for Pewdiepie to play. This is for anyone who wants to play a badass MMO.
Phantasy Star Online 2 is a Japanese MMO made by Sega. There are tons of quest, free roam option, NPCs, items, endless character customization, and lots of unique elements within the game. This is the second one in the series, the first one came out a long time ago and Sega decided to make a new one. The game is in full japanese, but there is an english patch for that game. (Although it doesn't help a whole lots, dialouge is till in japanese and so are all item names and so on.)

Server 2 (ship 2) is the one with the most english players, so sign up there because you can only have on character at a time.
