Play sports. and disassemble your PC.

Find another hobby, like drawing, reading, music, do sports.
That's my only advice.. because I have the same problem. But it can help me stay away from my computer for some time.

I couldn't really turn away from pc either, so what I did was becoming useful. By this I mean, I've started learning after effects, movie making, etc.
It is really interesting. Point is: learn something on the pc, which could be useful and interesting.
If u can't go away at least make it worth it , staying there , righT?

Become more social, hang out with your family and/or do random things that occur from the spirit of the moment, you don't know what will happen. You might find a new hobby, something you dislike or something that could open up a job branch in the future, who knows. The only reason why nothings happening right now is because you're doing nothing to start the chain of events.
Also, reading, personally in my opinion I find reading better in paper instead of the ipad/computer. It's a nice break and it doesn't hurt your eyes as much. It also opens up a new world for you, whenever I was lonely and found that my computer was the source of this loneliness i'd read books and immerse myself in that world.

If you cant go away, least make it interesting and useful there.

Learning Photoshop, making music, and doing basically ANYTHING productive can be a big plus.

Well, I had that problem when I was (even) younger too. You could try to limit yourself how long you're going to be on the computer and force yourself to follow that system. When you're not on the computer, you might keep thinking about it (Atleast, I did for some time in the beginning) but that should lessen by time. Try reading a book/manga, watching movies, even play on a gameboy, PSP or a DS or any console to get your mind op the computer (I'd say try to limit that too, if you don't want to risk getting addicted to those consoles). Maybe you could start working out, learn how to cook etc in the time you're not on the computer (maybe you already work out and maybe you can cook, but they're just examples).

I don't know if I have an addiction or not but here is the problem: I can easily get of the computer go read some comics do something else in that matter but in time I get bored and get back on computer. For me it's really hard to get to hobbies or so when my family is so busy and living in the countryside so I can't really go anywhere used to play airsoft alot about an year ago but since then the HUGE group of people haven't been to active and I couldn't attend. Also all my friends are far away. I get rather good grades on school that I can be proud of because I am able to study because I think it's an really important thing for the future of mine. But would you guys call this an addiction or what?
