Absolute noob here in need of bro help

I made a little clip intended for use in my signature, but my computer's crap and to cut a longish story short i can't make it into gif. format, any bro with some free time and converting skills lend us a hand? here's the clip: youtube.com/watch?v=TGFRB9Bsumw and if you think it needs speeding up for signature, please do if you can! 4 frames and not knowing how to turn it into a gif.... you know that there are online gif creators right? ._.

No its kinda the truth , also making a gif even works on my toaster, so specs shouldn't be a problem , especially with 4 frames....

its not the specs, it just doesn't really work properly, and anyway how am i sposed to know? never done it before
