Black Bars on Youtube, No matter what I do!

Ive started doing youtube videos, but no matter what settings I play with the thing comes out in the middle, Not flush to the sides of the youtube screen. ;A;

Anyone have advice? Im using Roxio game capture and premier pro cs3.

there is plenty of video tutorials, so i'd check that first :3

Just found out I AM rendering in 16:9, yet its still coming out like that. its so odd. Im following all the tips and its just NOT working. ;A;

Use good ol' trusty Fraps. Has it's limits, but never seemed to have a proplem with it.

You should be able to right click a click and find "aspect ratio" or something like that. In that option you can "stretch the video to fit 16:9.
