There really is no best music genre. But a popular or a favourite is there.
I don't have a favourite cause I like any genre as longest it sounds good to me. -

The best genre of music is good music.
Honestly, I enjoy all kinds of music. I can enjoy many genres; they al have something unique to offer. However, I have always had a love for Classical.
