I use Photoshop CS5 and a tablet
I used to use my mouse, so the tablet has made it much easier -

Oh you definitely should! There are some very nice and affordable ones available. It's a bit of an adjustment at first, to use a pen-shaped object while looking at a screen, but after you get used to it, you cut your time down by HOURS.
