Who said you could trust the people you work with completely? True, Pewdiepie might use a team to help him with making the videos (I wouldn't know as I don't usually watch his videos), but that's probably the only thing that they've been hired(?) to do. Getting a mod to work on the channel is basically torture for both a youtuber and the mod in question. Both have a life outside of the internet, so there'd be hassles of getting stuff sorted out.
