Alright well the live chat is nice because its on all pages, but there is a lot I don't like. It glitches... Like a lot. The messages get greyed out, it doesn't show the whole message, It doesn't let me scroll up to see messages at all and sometimes the messages don't send. Also I think it is WAY to small.
