Quote from xXsHaDoWrAtHXx: “dude whatever you do please DO NOT touch AMD processors, i know they sell the "eight cores" crap really well but they are cheap for a reason, get something like an i7-3820 which is what i have. its heaps enough and i can run Crysis 3 60fps while recording and rendering youtube videos in the background. This slight change means you'll have to look at another motherboard or get the same one but 2011 socket compatible. Apart from this your computer looks like an epic bui…

You'll bottleneck your gpu because of your old school CPU. What's your powersupply? It MUST NOT be generic. It should be a high-end one. I agree with pepel, upgrade your motherboard and cpu first and your ram. Your motherboard doesn't support PCIE 3.0 cards. Even if you can plug it in, you'll only be using 50% of its potential.

A Gaming Laptop?
karlsanada10 - - Help
Post^Toshiba is a great laptop brand.:D newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834310660 This looks good but I suggest you read the users' comments first. It seems that people are having heat problems. But it's expected on a gaming laptop. Just turn on your Aircon or buy a very good cooling pad. newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834216040 The gpu is just midrange but it will suffice @ medium settings on AC I think.

Changing psu
PostThat, I do not know.:)) Anyways...if you'd want to know how much watts your PC will need extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp try that, it's not truly accurate but it's near and just an estimation.

Graphic Card
karlsanada10 - - Help
Post^It's not really necessary to go 80+ Gold PSU since they cost a lot. I mean really a lot. An 80+ Bronze is good enough for a single gpu. AMD is also good for video rendering. My gpu(HD 6950) can hellp my cpu (I5-2320) 200x faster in rendering. CPU only = 30mins CPU _+ GPU = 5mins. Cuda is good for 3D rendering though. It's a lot better to get the newer version than the older version imo. A Seasonic M12II 620w 80+ Bronze will be enough for him anyway.

Changing psu
PostYes, it fits to any motherboard and CPU. And no the electricity consumption depends on the CPU and GPU and etc.:) The PSU is the only one powering them up.:)

Changing psu
PostBy the time you have the money to get a new CPU and MOtherboad(if it takes 5 months), there will be new CPU out in the market.:D Anyways, yes, PSU is the heart of your PC. Cheap PSU = danger on your part. It's either you got your PC fried or your psu will blow. The non-modular Seasonic M12II 620 which is Seasonic S12II 620w is $70 or $80 I think.

karlsanada10 - - Help
PostThat's a very good setup.:) I wanna know what your motherboard is. Are you using a H77 or Z77? And what's your powersupply and case? Most cards need a good psu and you need to have a case with a lot of room for your video card. I prefer AMD over Nvidia. SAPPHIRE 100351SR Radeon HD 7970 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 $410 newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202008 However if you prefer Nvidia which costs more: GIGABYTE GV-N680OC-2GD GeForce GTX 680 2GB 256-bit $470 newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?It…

PostBuy a popfilter. Don't talk above the mic. Talk straight to it. Hmmm, I cannot get a clear audio too but it's all fine for me imo. Just not as clear as pewds. Edit: It's actually clear. Just lower your voice? I've got the same problem as you. Just lower your volume on your video editing program.

Changing psu
PostFirst off, never heard of your PSU. Assuming it's a generic and low-end one. Don't upgrade your PC yet but first upgrade your PSU. i7 with K means it's unlocked for Overclocking. You need a Z77 or Z68 Motherboard depending on what generation you like. Sandy bridge i7-2600k = Z68 Ivy Bridge i7-3770K = Z77 How much is your budget? Selling your current PC except for its HDD is a good option for more budget. CPU: Intel core ivy bridge i7-3770K $330 newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E1681911650…

Graphic Card
karlsanada10 - - Help
PostNo, no, no, don't suggest GPU cuz he told you so. What's your current specs? We don't want you getting a high-end gaming GPU and your CPU is just Core 2 Duo, it will bottleneck. Bottleneck means you won't get the full potential of your GPU cuz your CPU hinders it. For Example: i5-3470+HD7950 = 80 FPS on Borderlands Core 2 Duo + the same card = 67FPS on Borderlands. What's your powersupply too? You don't want to fry your PC because you don't have the sufficient PSU.

Quote from FrostHazSkittz: “Ill list my specs and one question, how can I make my GC better? Besides getting a better one? Processor: i5 v pro 2.5 GHz, but I over clocked to 3.5 Ghz RAM: 8 GB ram GC: Intel HD Graphics 3000 Dual-Core 300 physica memory Anything else I should add?” No go, you must buy a graphics card. But seeing that your CPU is i5v pro. It's a laptop right? So No go. Can't make it better. Quote from Psiseb Toluca: “Okay, is anyone reading this familiar with the Elgato Game Captur…
