I organize everything. On my computer I've got folders with sub folders with notepads explaining where shit goes. I don't only organize my computer, the same goes for my room. For example, everything has to be parallel to the edge of the desk, no dust is aloud in my room, I organize stuff from tall to short. I know money is not a problem, though if you want to go for a slightly cheaper one then the others suggested so far, the Steelseries 6GV2 (€79.99) is a great choice! I'm using a Corsair Vengeance K60 (Cherry MX) and am loving it! You might want to specify whether you want a mechanical keyboard or not.
