Nope. The shout out competitions are extremely random. Felix could decide having one next month, next year or whenever he feels like it. There's no way to predict it. Once a year seems okay-ish, but one shouldn't entirely depend on it. Just check here once in a while to see if something is going on! Hope this helped!
