Well use only fraps it records everything but how much you will keep your volume it depends on the game,I would suggest around 10% it's good enough.

I like steam cuz you can find all the kinda old games cheaper than the stores though i hate it cuz it had like mw3 60 euros and in my store it was 30 for fucks sakes steam sucks at new games I always thought that steam is pointless but i guess we have it now nothing can be done.
