Well, I just came back from the gym again, Did some shoulder / traps, and biceps / triceps tonight. And I might be actually getting to a point where I start to feel more confident about my body. I suggest the elgato, quality is better than the hd pvr tbh and it doesnt cost alot more.

You don't need an i7 for amnesia and penumbra, overall they're not high end games and an i5 is enough to play gta 4 / far cry 3 and other high end stuff. I think you will do with a geforce gti 550. I'm not that pro in hardware but I think that is a start.
