I rarely do this, but when I play a game, and I know there will be pauses and silence: Write a script. Now, not one you read word for word. All I do is open NotePad and make bullet points os things I wanna talk about, updates, soon to be let's plays, funny jokes you thought about, etc. Try that out. :)
