Custom titles are awarded or given by mKeRix. I only know a few that got a custom title by request. But if want to ask, try your luck

Update: L4D2 video is uploaded and Mad Father is completed. I just have to render and schedule upload them all. There will be 1 Mad Father episode everyday until its over.
