Camtasia is good, but not for games. I strongly (imo) suggest PlayClaw. Fraps rocks too if you have a big amount of disk space, but the same quality comes from PlayClaw, and it's only 1 GB for 10 minutes of playing, as Fraps with same options is 3 GB in 1 minute! (This is just for me). For webcam record I suggest the ol Movie Maker. it's simple, but you have to edit it to sync completely. The facecam can be put in with Sony Vegas Pro 11 easily.
