I feel this is a big nono. Indie studio over a big game? Great challenge, but no. I think the game is too important to hand it over to a indie studio. Exectation's are quite big, might pay of but i think the risk is too big.

Meeeehhhh, looks like another 3 person medival game, with some classes. If you could explain some more what the classes are i might take intrest.
