Actually you might want to write the script whilst mapping, cause then you can test it frequently and it's easier to make them fit like the pieces of puzzle they are.

To make the voices you could either ask someone with experience or learn to cut them yourself with some sort of software. I suggest downloading a video with Youtube Downloader and cutting the voices up from there.
