Hm, I'm not a professional recorder or anything, but I'm pretty sure these some option to reduce this in some programs. You could also try using Push to Talk if nothing else works.

To whoever decides to post his Facebook here, don't forget about the risks and make sure your privacy settings are correct before posting.
