i CAN play with you since i am also in Cali, BUT I have the weird 3rd hand, no dynamic lights bug. Some fixes told me to switch it to OpenGL so that the bugs were no longer there but when i switch it to openGL it crashes my display driver and CoF quits responding..... Now the only fix i have come across so far was to uninstall my drivers BUT I am NOT going to uninstall my display drivers for ONE game I'd rather crank up the brightness in dark areas and deal with the glitchyness with the D3D rend…

Possibly the floating head could float towards you when you are in the hall from behind so you have a sense of NEEDING to go in there?
