Put it in the custom stories folder in your Amnesia dirrectory. For me Program Files/Fictional Games/Amnesia - The Dark Descent/redist ( or resilist, not sure... )/custom stories. For Steam versions use flamez's ruite. Then activate them via "Custom Stories" from the main menu.
