Change resolution in Sony Vegas.

If your project resolution and footage resolution doesn't match, you'll have that problem. To solve this, you can either change the project resolution by going to Preferences, or crop the footage video.

I see that many people are into pixelated games these days. Most Indie developers as well. Pixelated games look very nice, in my opinion. Simple and stuff.
