For one thing, you can record the screen thingy of the Heart Rate Monitor [where the numbers go] using a tripod or something and later add it to the gameplay footage and crop out unnecessary parts. That's what I would do if I couldn't figure out how it was really done. Think Felix did the same thing too.

As far as I know, it takes a bit of a while to get the your post showing in the Suggestions section. I think it's to reduce the threads NOT following the template. If your thread/suggestion is good, [following the template and such], a Moderator will approve it and it will show up in the Suggestions section. It might take a lot of time. A lot of people are suggesting, and Mods have to go through every bit of them, so. Just wait. It'll show up eventually.
