Le pros? They're a fanbase for a pretty cool YouTuber (cool enough for me to make an account on his forum, heheh) and there's a funny little subculture going on. Cons? I see Saints as a better GTA, because in GTA all you end up doing is screwing around anyway, and Saints is BUILT for screwing around and killing civilians, y'know?
