Yes, of course they do, but they both are partnered to two different youtube networks. These networks pay the companies of the games so that youtubers partenered with them can upload gameplay without any trouble.

Yes, I've heard that music is a much complicated matter. On the other hand, i've seen people who uploaded gameplay footage of a game released over 10 years ago and still get copyright claims. However, these people monetized such videos, and maybe that was the problem. Thanks for your anser

My question is, Can you upload any gamplay footage (with commentry of course) as long as it isn't monetized? Without having to ask permission to the copyright holders.
