No, you better update it and change it to Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for several reasons. One, the online servers for Tri have long since been shut down. Two, new monsters, variations, armor, and weapons were added to MH3U. Three, MH3U, though not yet out, will be the newest iteration he would be capable of playing, and it's in HD on the Wii U. Just so you know. MUCH newer version coming next week.
