This game is a few years old now and is on the 360, ps3 and pc, the game im suggesting is called F.E.A.R and is really scary, i remember when i first played it and couldnt stop screaming. it's an FPS but the scary parts are really scary, it has 2 sequals, but i think this one and the 2nd one is good, but i think the first one is a bit better
