That's odd - try using both WASD and the arrow keys. Are you stuck at the very beginning of the level? When you use the movement keys does your camera move at all? Also, try downloading v1.1 (available now), it addresses a lot of issues and the file size is now under 100mb. You should have 3 options to choose from - one of them allows you to extract the files to a location (can't remember exactly which one) but try them all and one will work for you.
