I used to be super into bodybuilding actually. I trained hard for about 3 years until I started working factory night shifts and my schedule fell apart :P. Anyways, I highly recommend a Whey Protein supplement for right after your workouts. With all due respect to everyone involved, I think focusing such a large amount of energy and worry on the shoutout contest isn't worth it. It will happen when it happens, and in the mean time, anyone who has entered into the contest is much better off spending their time working on building their channels in other ways as opposed to looking at the shoutout contest as the 'be-all-end-all' for their success.
