Apologies in advance for the sob story bro's. Long story short, I recently lost my Father to IPF (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis). Needless to say I've been having a really tough time taking it all in and dealing with it because we were really close. There have been a few days since we lost him that I haven't even got out of bed.
