I'm really hoping that he still plans to continue this... Between episodes 2 and 3, he lost his save file, but I doubt that's the reason for the hiatus for episode 4...

The reason why Seiko was terrified of Naomi, if you can remember from the first one, is that while she was possessed by the darkness, she was the one to hang Seiko. This was clear in the first one when Shougo (blonde guy with the camera) ran away because he saw Naomi committing the act, and Naomi saw the film when she had the repeated forgiveness next from Seiko. Hope this clears up any confusion on Seiko's latest demise.

In terms of watching it with or without voice acting turned on or not... I would say leave the voices in. It makes the game a lot more immersive when they are on. Awesome to see that CP:BoS is started now! I've always wanted to see your reaction to some of the events that take place in it!
