You should definitely have different levels, and it would be cool if you had two or more players (either multiplayer, or have the ability to switch between characters on a whim). You could bring back some older characters, like Piggy, Stephano, Pipé, etc. It would be awesome if you had Bosses on different levels, such as the Barrels, and the monster from Amnesia.
