Sachiko said that once you die in Heavenly Host you're locked in. Meaning, you will die no matter what you do (as what happened to Seiko) but in a more gruesome manner (like Seiko's death). How about Mayu (or whoever it was that was rammed to the wall by the ghost kids)? Her death in the first game was too gruesome already. If she dies again here, I'm curious as to how Sachiko would top that. Assuming she dies of course, but that seems to be a possibility since Naomi was unable to prevent Seiko'…
