Poods, the game is a sequel to a WRONG END in the first game. The wrong end was when the 5 of them tried to use the other way of saving themselves which is doing the "Sachiko ever after" spell backwards. Then, Sachiko sent them back to time but only the other boy (I forgot the name) knew that they were sent back to time that is why he knew from the start that they shouldn't do the spell. So yeah...
