I think that having a voice requirement is kind of like saying, "I only game with white people." No one can determine what their voice sounds like, so you really are discriminating against people for something that they cannot control. It kind of makes you seem shallow, not someone I would want to game with. Consider rectifying that folly of yours.

I'll bet that it was hard for anyone who started making Youtube videos to get started. You just have to keep doing what you're doing. You'll get better eventually and hopefully you'll get a reasonably-sized audience. Don't aim to have a million subscribers, instead aim small and increase your goals as you go. It's okay to be optimistic, but there's also a such thing as being too optimistic. Hopefully that will be helpful for you.

Why can't indie developers just develop for computers? T_T 0/10 would not bang
