    Try not to run so much, as several others have stated, it's faster than you. Also when you use the tracker the Alien can hear the soft beeps it gives out thus it finds you easier. Also, what might save your life in an Alien encounter are molotov's. Aliens does not like fire all that much. Hope these tips help you Felix, stay awesome!
