That's probably the most limited, barebones motherboard I have ever seen in a gaming computer. It works, but it's just a lot less expandable than some of the other ($100 will get you a decent one) options out there, but with your budget, there's not much choice left. If you can get to a Micro Center (since you live "EVERYWHERE," there should be one nearby :P), definitely go for the newer i5-2500K or i5-3750K.
