you could need a better Processor, i was running the same thing but i got in Intel Core i5 but the only bad thing was the price of everything. and so i would say go for a new CPU or u can Overclock your PC if it can Handle it

You could alway make a Network Bridge between 2 PC or gaming system thats what we has to do with my Girls PC just hook lan up and connect it to the other PC if you need help doing it PM me and i will post Pictures.

Im sorry to say but a laptop with Intel(R) HD Graphics Family can hardly run amnesia. My laptop will run it but only the audio aswell.
