That's the same with me Friesguy. Many a time, every day even I am my own psychologist. My mother also suffers from bad nerves and anxiety so she rushes around a lot or worries over things sometimes so I get her to calm down. My sister and my dad are good at this too. I also tend to give good advice to my friends who have called me wise (xD) and have said I have an old head on young shoulders.

Well at the moment I'm cold so i'm curled up in bed with mah teddy and plushies but otherwise ok. I watch Pewdie in the day since he is quite loud. xD At night I tend to watch Markiplier's mail time since he has his calm voice in that, watch Cry play something or listen to him read or I'll watch Winnie the Pooh. Why? Well because it's a nice little show/movies and it makes me feel nostalgic and happy.

Well for me there's a kind of pattern to it. 1) Saddness 2)Thinking about it too much. 3) Suicidal thoughts. (Rare depending on the situation.) 4) Think again and calm down as much as I can. 5) If nobody else is around then I'll cry a bit if there are people around then I'll ignore it. 6) Youtube, games, drawing, movies, going out with my boyfriend.
